LOréal is seeking a hands-on IT Architect to drive the technical execution for our GPT and Employee AI Workstation initiatives in the France IT landscape. You will work with a co-lead to ensure robust, secure architecture, reliable deliveries, and strict adherence to security controls and guardrails.

You will own the architectural integrity and lead technical decisions across the pod. As a pragmatic executor, you will mentor teams, manage technical debt, and push for high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing robust, secure architectures across complex IT landscapes.
• Ability to anticipate risks and enforce security standards.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality technical solutions on time.

Responsabilités

• Own the rigorous execution of our technical architecture (AI Gateway and MCP Gateway).
• Enforce quality and security standards across all components with IT controls and guardrails.
• Anticipate risks and vulnerabilities to stop issues before live incidents.
• Break down complex systems into clear, actionable steps.
• Take ownership of technical debt, code quality, and delivery commitments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deep technical issues when needed.
