Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an Account Solution Architect for Northern EMEA. You will join a focused three-person team with an Account Executive and an Account Manager to land new accounts and expand within them across the Nordics and Benelux regions, engaging with AI labs, research institutions, and enterprises running demanding GPU workloads.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or solutions architecture role.
• Strong working knowledge of ML training and inference workflows.
• Hands-on familiarity with MLOps platforms and tooling.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Comfortable going below the SaaS layer—GPU topology and cluster architecture are familiar.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads at scale.
• Strong communication skills across technical and leadership audiences.
• Experience managing multiple opportunities across a geographic territory.
• Fluency in English; additional Dutch/Swedish/Norwegian/Danish/Finnish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cover Northern EMEA, focusing on Nordics and Benelux.
• Work with a three-person team to land new logos and expand accounts.
• Lead technical discovery on model training, MLOps, and infra constraints.
• Design and present solutions spanning ML infra, GPU compute, storage, networking, and Kubernetes-based orchestration.
• Run proof-of-concept engagements and architecture reviews through to a decision.
• Advocate for customer needs to Engineering and Product and document architectures.
