Natixis NY Branch is seeking an AI Governance & Risk Transformation Specialist to lead the development, coordination and oversight of AI initiatives within the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function. You will drive AI governance, supervision and innovation, and coordinate GenAI projects across Risk, Data, IT and Transformation teams.

You will identify high value AI use cases, design agentic AI and intelligent workflows, and contribute to risk management, explainability and traceability while

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in roles combining Risk, Data/AI, Transformation or Innovation
• Proven ability to execute transformation or innovation projects within financial services
• Strong understanding of GenAI/LLM/RAG and AI governance/risk concepts
• Excellent analytical, structuring and communication skills in cross-functional, international settings

Responsabilités

• Lead AI governance, supervision and risk management for AI initiatives within ERM
• Coordinate AI/GenAI activities across Risk/ERM teams and define governance standards
• Identify high value AI use cases and promote autonomous AI architectures and intelligent workflows
• Support risk reporting, data quality, dashboards and continuous improvement of risk processes with AI
