Job summary

Alignerr is seeking AI Ethics Reviewers to evaluate AI-generated content for bias, safety issues, and ethical concerns. This fully remote hourly contract offers flexible, asynchronous work with 10–40 hours per week and no formal ethics background required.

You will review content, apply fairness guidelines, and provide structured feedback to help ensure responsible AI that respects diverse communities and contexts.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong critical thinking, cultural awareness, and a genuine interest in fairness and social impact. No formal ethics or AI background required.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated content for bias, stereotypes, harmful language, and ethical concerns
• Evaluate whether AI responses are safe and appropriate across diverse audiences and contexts
• Apply fairness and safety guidelines consistently across a wide range of topics and content types
• Identify subtle issues including cultural insensitivity, skewed framing, or potentially harmful outputs
• Provide clear, structured written feedback using evaluation tools and rubrics
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Strong critical thinker with an eye for nuance and context
