Job summary

Alignerr is seeking AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to review AI outputs for safety, fairness, and ethical alignment. This remote hourly contract offers 10–40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling and the chance to influence millions of users.

You will evaluate content, classify outputs against criteria, write detailed feedback, and work across diverse topics. No prior AI policy experience needed; strong critical thinking and clear writing are essential for independent, task-based

Nice to Have
