Job summary

Aircall in Paris is seeking a Content Strategist to build the regional content engine for EMEA and strengthen our relevance in the AI voice agent category across the region. You will develop the regional content strategy and a steady stream of editorial, video, and organic social content, tailoring topics, formats, voices, and market-specific opportunities for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content strategy, marketing, editorial, video, or social media.
• B2B SaaS experience required; AI, CX, or sales tech is a strong plus.
• Strong ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content.
• Portfolio showing original thinking and execution across formats.
• Experience developing content for multiple countries or languages.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the content strategy and editorial plan for EMEA.
• Identify regional conversations and market differences to drive content opportunities.
• Create content across editorial, video, organic social, storytelling, leadership, and campaigns.
• Own the regional organic social calendar and channel execution.
• Develop repeatable video formats from concept to distribution.
• Turn product launches, insights, events, and internal expertise into compelling regional content.
• Adapt global narratives for EMEA and identify market-specific content needs.
• Partner with localization to preserve tone across languages.
• Build relationships with internal experts, customers, partners, and industry voices.
• Repurpose ideas across formats, markets, and channels.
• Use AI-enabled workflows for research, drafting, localization, production, and distribution.
• Collaborate with SEO and web teams to improve discoverability.
• Measure performance across reach, engagement, growth, and visibility.
• Apply insights to continuously improve the regional content plan.
