H Company is seeking its first Content Manager to own the global content strategy and production, collaborating with brand, growth, research, sales, and product marketing bodies.

Based in Paris with a hybrid model (Paris/London), you will build the content engine, calendar by market and audience, and lead freelancers and agencies to turn AI and enterprise narratives into clear, evidence-based communications.

Formación

• 5+ years in content, editorial or content marketing, in B2B tech enterprise (AI, SaaS, cloud or enterprise software).
• Built a content strategy and an editorial calendar from scratch and delivered measurable results (pipeline, rankings, reach).
• Exceptional writing and editing to make complex ideas readable for executives and engineers.
• Produced long-form content for enterprise decision-makers: white papers, case studies, research reports, thought-leadership articles.
• Curious about deep tech and comfortable interviewing researchers, engineers and customers to extract real numbers.
• Organised and autonomous: manage multiple pieces, freelancers, and deliver on time.
• Fluent English is required; French is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build the content engine and foundations: turn brand platform into content strategy, calendar by market and audience.
• Own core brand content: website copy, company narrative, product pages, decks and event content.
• Set up content systems: templates, style guide, review flows, and a reusable library for GTM teams.
• Develop a proof library: case studies, use-case stories, and outcomes with Sales and customers.
• Shift content mix toward product and customer outcomes; maintain research-first messaging.
• Produce content for brand and demand: campaigns, events, ABM assets, and SEO efforts.
