Wandercraft is seeking an AI & Control Engineer to advance whole-body control for exoskeletons and humanoid robots. You will formulate algorithms, simulate, and deploy them on real hardware, collaborating across control, mechanical, electronics and perception teams.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in robotics, control theory and optimization, with hands-on experience in C++/Python and a mindset for robust real-time performance. Occasional remote work is allowed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with robotics, control, motion generation, trajectory optimization or related algorithmic development.

Responsabilités

• Develop whole-body control algorithms for floating-base robots and exoskeletons.
• Design and implement online/offline trajectory optimization and motion generation.
• Model robot dynamics, contacts and interactions with the environment.
• Develop state-estimation algorithms using sensor data and validate on real robots.
• Write efficient, maintainable software in C++ and Python and test on hardware.
• Contribute to the architecture and long-term technical direction of the control stack.
