Essor, a modern consumer products platform in Paris, is seeking a Product Development Manager – Skincare to lead end-to-end NPD for Zitsticka, Tree of Life, and other beauty brands. You will own the pipeline, set strategy, and collaborate across commercial, product development, marketing, and supply to accelerate speed to market on Amazon, DTC, and retailers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in product development, preferably consumables or skincare.
• Experience in sourcing, supplier management, and price negotiation.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with brand, creative, legal, operations.
• Excellent project management with multiple concurrent projects.

• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from opportunity identification to launch.
• Define differentiated, commercially robust skincare roadmap.
• Develop creative briefs and partner with Brand Managers and Marketing.
• Foster strategic supplier partnerships, cost, and timeline management.
