At Typology, our product roadmap remains deliberately open. We are seeking a Product Developer to shape and expand our product portfolio from concept development to launch while tracking their performance over time. You will translate customer needs, scientific insights and ingredient opportunities into products that meet our standards: minimal formulas, proven efficacy and complete transparency on every ingredient.
Candidates may come from a strong first role with a proven track record of product launches, or from two complementary experiences demonstrating increasing ownership in cosmetic product development.
You are hands-on and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with real ownership. You can move seamlessly from a development brief to a cross-functional launch plan while keeping the end customer in mind.
