Responsibilities include concept development, end-to-end product development with internal R&D and suppliers, and post-launch performance tracking to drive iterations and improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in cosmetic product development, covering concept to launch.
• Ability to translate market trends into commercially viable products.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end product development with internal R&D, labs and suppliers.
• Translate customer needs and ingredient opportunities into new products.
• Write product pages and editorial content aligned with scientific positioning.
• Monitor post-launch performance and iterate based on data.
• Coordinate 360° go-to-market plans with press, influencers and digital teams.
