UpSlide, the leading productivity SaaS for finance, seeks a Product Manager to own the AI agent and workflow roadmap in the Paris-based Refine team. You’ll collaborate with engineers, designers and finance experts to refine pitch decks, models and Word documents.

You’ll work directly with users in investment banking and asset management, build a rigorous QA and evaluation loop, and partner with Engineering, Design and GTM to ship, launch and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Shipped AI-native products end-to-end in production.
• 4–8 years in product management from discovery to delivery.
• Strong discovery instincts: encode real workflows into product.
• Fluent English (C1 or above) and comfortable with MS Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Own the AI agent and workflow roadmap for the Refine team.
• Discovery with finance users to understand workflows (decks, models, CIMs).
• Output quality: build QA, golden datasets, regression testing and reviews.
• Cross-functional delivery with Engineering, Design and GTM to ship and drive adoption.
