Yahoo is seeking a Price Yield Manager to join the DSP Finance Pricing & Deals group. You will own deal desk incentive evaluation, credit and make-good negotiations, and margin analysis, partnering with Sales leadership to structure deals that protect Yahoo’s financial health.

This role blends deal economics, business partnership, and ongoing margin monitoring. You will work independently, analyze pricing data, and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and scale impact across regions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of pricing, yield management, revenue operations, or related analytical/finance role.
• Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead conversations with senior Sales stakeholders.
• Track record of negotiating with measurable outcomes and dollar impact.
• Experience using analytics, automation, or AI-enabled tools to improve reporting/analysis.
• Comfort with ambiguity and competing priorities across Sales, Finance, and Legal.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with VP-level presentation experience.
• Familiarity with programmatic/DSP advertising concepts (PMP, data fees, RNOT).

Responsabilités

• Evaluate short-term incentive requests and make-good/credit negotiations with Sales.
• Model advertiser and agency deals to project revenue, RNOT, and margin impact.
• Analyze DSP margin and profitability, surfacing trends affecting operational margin.
• Deliver monthly RNOT readouts and variance commentary to VP FP&A stakeholders.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to streamline deal modeling, reporting, and margin analysis.
• Maintain and support ad hoc coverage of data pricing and deal desk requests across regions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Revenue Controllership, and Client Services on contracts and margin initiatives.
