Clario is seeking an AI-Driven Growth Manager to spearhead R&D initiatives, discovering niches and building subscription-based products from scratch. You’ll own the growth cycle in a flexible, multi-agent AI environment, connecting performance marketing, the web funnel, monetization, and product.

You’ll orchestrate the AARRR framework across marketing loops and product value, owning P&L and core metrics for new offerings.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in product marketing, growth or performance marketing (B2C).
• Experience thriving in AI-driven environments with multi-agent delivery.
• Strong grasp of core performance marketing techniques, especially Meta Ads.
• Hands-on growth strategy for B2C products focusing on US and Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end new subscription-based solution creation from R&D to scaling.
• Orchestrate customer lifecycle through AARRR, linking marketing loops with product value.
• Be responsible for P&L performance and growth metrics for new products.
• Collaborate with META and creative teams to scale user acquisition via automation and AI tools.
• Build and optimize web funnel and monetization through tests and hypotheses.
• Analyze product and marketing performance to identify scalable growth loops.
