Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Lead Project Manager in Paris to drive end-to-end implementations for our largest customers, aligning business value with our platform. You will collaborate with Sales, Partners and Value Engineering, manage scope, timeline, resources, and teams, and mentor the Services group while pushing AI-enabled delivery. This is a dynamic role in a fast-growing environment.

You will influence outcomes, ensure customer success, and advance Celonis’ capabilities across global engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in consulting or professional services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and onshore/offshore teams at executive levels.
• Leadership and clear communication to support decision-making internally and with customers.
• Experience leading AI or ML projects and data-driven supply chain improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Celonis technology for strategic customers.
• Frame services opportunities in pre-sales discussions and write proposals.
• Own scope, timeline, resources, and deliverable quality across projects.
• Manage client relationships from operations to C-suite and ensure smooth handover.
• Govern project progress, risks, and value opportunities; drive governance.
• Enable AI tooling within the team to improve delivery.
• Mentor services staff and promote delivery consistency and growth.
• Capture field learnings to improve Celonis Services methodologies.
