Celonis is seeking a Senior/ Lead AI Consultant to drive hands-on Celonis deployments for enterprise clients. You will guide AI deployment tools (Apollo), build data models, KPIs, and dashboards, and ensure outcomes align with client business objectives.

This role requires solid platform expertise, strong domain knowledge, and the ability to translate requirements into precise AI specifications. You will lead workshops, validate AI outputs, and work closely with IT and business stakeholders to

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years in management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting.
• Proficiency in Celonis platform including data modeling, KPI definition, and automation; SQL and Python experience.
• Ability to write clear specifications, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and iterate with customers.
• Fluency in English; willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Lead hands-on implementation of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers.
• Direct AI deployment agents (Apollo) to build data models, process analyses, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Build and configure Celonis solutions across the platform with focus on value creation.
• Enable customer users and drive long-term adoption; manage timelines and expectations.
• Document solution design decisions and configurations for future handoff and reference.
• Develop domain expertise in one or more process areas and translate knowledge into scalable patterns.
