Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Lead Project Manager to guide end-to-end implementations for major customers. You will articulate Celonis product positioning, collaborate with Sales, Partners and Value Engineering, and unlock business value opportunities through tailored solutions.

From pre-sales through project lifecycle, you will ensure quality and impact, driving adoption of AI capabilities and Context Model, and ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex projects with business and technical dimensions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving focus to deliver business value.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for internal and client use.
• Experience in pre-sales collaboration and proposal development.
• Experience leading AI or ML projects is a plus.
• Experience delivering data-driven projects for supply chain and core processes is valued.

Responsibilities

• Frame Services project opportunities with Sales and Value Engineering; define implementation approach.
• Manage end-to-end project execution including scope, timeline, resources, quality.
• Own client relationships from operations to executives and enable smooth handover.
• Lead project governance: report progress, risks, and value opportunities; support decisions.
• Drive adoption of our AI tooling to improve delivery outcomes.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to Services team for consistent delivery.
• Incorporate field learnings into Celonis Services methods and best practices.
