Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex projects with both business and technical dimensions, in a consulting or professional services environment.
• A passion for operational excellence: Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering tangible business value.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, onshore/offshore teams, and various clients stakeholder groups, from operational to executive levels.
• Proven track record of strong leadership and communication, with the strategic thinking to support decision-making both internally and with the customer.
• Demonstrated expertise in pre-sales collaboration, opportunity qualification and proposal development.
• Experience in leading AI or machine learning projects is highly appreciated.
• Experience in delivering complex projects with data driven solutions for supply chain and core business processes optimization is highly appreciated.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile/Scrum, PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma) are appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pre-sales by framing Services project opportunities with Sales and Value Engineering teams, defining the implementation approach and writing proposals.
• Executing projects end to end, taking responsibility for scope, timeline, resources and the quality of deliverables.
• Managing the client relationship as the primary point of contact — from operational teams to senior executives — and securing a progressive handover.
• Leading project governance: reporting on progress, risks and value opportunities, and facilitating decision-making by Celonis management and client sponsors.
• Driving effective use of our AI tooling within the team to continuously improve how we deliver.
• Providing guidance and mentoring to the Services team to ensure delivery consistency and consultants' development.
• Driving continuous improvement by feeding field learnings back into Celonis Services methods and best practices.
