OECD in Paris is offering a three-month internship to support AI and development evaluation. You will contribute to the DEReC database, AI-enabled features, and evidence mapping within the RPDI Division, gaining hands-on experience at the intersection of development policy and data-driven decision-making.

The role emphasizes analysis, writing, and collaboration in a multicultural environment, with a focus on development evaluation, AI applications, and evidence use in policymaking.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time Master’s or Doctoral degree program.
• Fields include technology & public policy, policy evaluation or related disciplines.
• Interest in development evaluation and evidence-informed policymaking.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand the DEReC database; publish records and flag quality issues.
• Test the DEReC AI prototype and prepare findings notes for user groups.
• Support DEReC 3.0 rollout with testing, docs and feedback tracking.
• Map evidence repositories across OECD networks and assess interoperability.
• Maintain mapping of AI and evidence initiatives to support OECD engagement.
• Contribute to analytical outputs, including literature reviews or data analyses.
• Undertake ad hoc RPDI tasks aligned with intern's expertise.
