Job summary

Bamana Solutions is seeking an AI developer for an internship, work-study, or junior role in Paris. You will join a small team to embed AI features inside client tools, prototypes to production, focusing on chatbots, document reading, and automation.

You will design AI agents, set up RAG and OCR, and help automate tasks while ensuring data confidentiality and quality. The role is on-site in Paris 8th with flexible entry conditions depending on profile.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and basic hands-on LLM work (APIs, LangChain, RAG).
• Curious about building product-focused AI features beyond notebooks.
• Autonomous, precise, able to explain technical choices.

Responsibilities

• Design and connect AI agents / assistants to a site, CRM or API.
• Set up RAG pipelines, OCR and document extraction.
• Automate repetitive tasks (email, reporting, tier-1 support).
• Measure answer quality, cost and data confidentiality.
• Document and ship on Google Cloud.
