Qualifications

• Strong software engineering and AI fundamentals.
• Experience as a startup CTO, software engineer, ML engineer, or data scientist.
• Familiarity with model training pipelines and reinforcement learning.
• Experience building AI applications, agents, or evaluation systems.
• Ability to translate technical challenges into concrete signals for customers.

Responsabilités

• Understand critical workflows with strategic startup customers and identify high-impact improvement opportunities.
• Prototype and iterate on prompts, agents, and workflow designs to understand system behavior and value.
• Synthesize and deliver feedback to Product and Research teams, turning usage patterns into evaluative artifacts.
• Build repeatable tools and evaluation approaches to raise the quality bar across use cases.
• Operate with strong judgment in ambiguous environments and balance short-term fixes with long-term system improvements.
• Build relationships within the startup ecosystem, acting as a technical partner to customers and the broader community.
