Artefact, a French data and AI consulting leader, is seeking a Manager Data Scientist to design, deliver and scale AI projects for our clients. Reporting to the CTO, you will lead end-to-end engagements, promote MLOps, validate data availability and explain ROI and risks to stakeholders.

You will manage Artefact's data science team, mentor colleagues, drive innovation, and help define career paths while collaborating with data scientists, data engineers and business teams to ensure effective

• 5+ years building data-driven solutions.
• Strong ML and generative AI expertise.
• Solid software engineering and MLOps practices.
• Experience industrializing AI in cloud environments.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end client projects: framing use cases to implementation.
• Promote software engineering and MLOps best practices for scalable solutions.
• Support solution design: validate data availability and select methodologies.
• Be the technical reference for clients: explain AI approaches and ROI.
• Develop trusted client relationships with C-level and ops teams.
• Manage country data science team: staffing and mentoring.
• Drive internal accelerators and maintain tech watch.
• Share knowledge via workshops and documentation.
