Artefact, a French consulting and engineering firm specializing in data and AI, is seeking a Manager Data Scientist to design, deliver and scale AI projects for clients. Reporting to the CTO, you will lead end-to-end engagements, promote software engineering and MLOps best practices, validate data availability, and select robust architectures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing data-driven solutions.
• Strong knowledge in applied machine learning and generative AI.
• Solid understanding of software engineering and MLOps best practices.
• Experience with industrializing AI workflows in cloud environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end client projects: framing use cases with business stakeholders and implementing AI solutions with measurable impact.
• Promote software engineering and MLOps best practices to deliver scalable solutions and production‑ready systems.
• Support solution design: challenge requirements, validate data, and select methodologies and architectures.
• Be the technical reference for clients: explain AI approaches, assess feasibility, risks and ROI.
• Develop trusted client relationships by engaging with C-level and operational teams as a long-term partner on Data & AI journeys.
