Artefact in Paris is seeking a Manager Data Scientist to drive the design, delivery and scaling of AI projects for clients. Reporting to the CTO, you will lead cross-functional teams across data scientists, engineers and business stakeholders.

You will balance ambition with feasibility, promote MLOps, and build long‑term relationships with C‑suite and operational teams to deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing data-driven solutions.
• Strong knowledge in applied machine learning and generative AI.
• Solid understanding of software engineering and MLOps best practices.
• Experience with industrializing AI workflows in cloud environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end client projects from framing use cases to production AI solutions.
• Promote software engineering and MLOps best practices for scalable deployments.
• Support solution design by validating data availability and methods.
• Act as technical reference for clients, advising on feasibility and ROI.
• Develop trusted client relationships with C-level and operational teams.
