Job summary

Mistral is seeking a Data Quality Specialist to join the Human Data Annotation team in Paris. You will create and audit annotations that power our AI models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to guidelines across multilingual data workflows.

You will collaborate with engineers to refine annotation tools and processes, demonstrate strong research and analytical skills, and adapt to evolving requirements while maintaining high standards in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Professional proficiency in English with strong writing and comprehension.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; able to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Strong research and analytical abilities to ensure data quality.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for high-quality annotations.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and dynamic environments.
• Willingness to engage in operational work and learn new tools and technologies.
• Experience with data, multilingual data, or familiarity with code is a plus.
