Job summary

Mistral is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to join the Human Data Annotation team within the Science organisation. The role is hybrid, focusing on reviewing finance-related annotations to ensure high quality for AI model training and evaluation.

You will collaborate with annotators, the technical program manager, and science stakeholders, while helping refine guidelines and build internal tools to streamline workflows. Fluency in English and strong analytical ability are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in the Financial domain.
• Outstanding analytical and research skills.
• Ability to read and interpret outputs in JSONL or similar formats.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit finance annotations against rubrics to ensure quality.
• Generate and validate high-quality finance annotations when needed.
• Build and maintain annotation tooling and automation for workflows.
• Organise annotator training and coordinate feedback between annotators and reviewers.
