Job summary

Mistral is seeking a Data Quality Specialist to join the Human Data Annotation team in Paris. You will create and audit annotations that power our AI models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to guidelines across multilingual data workflows.

You will collaborate with engineers to refine annotation tools and processes, demonstrate strong research and analytical skills, and adapt to evolving requirements while maintaining high standards in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

The Role

As a Data Quality Specialist on the Human Data Annotation team, you will ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency in human data annotations. This role exists to support the development and evaluation of AI models by creating and auditing annotations that meet rigorous guidelines. You will work closely with the technical team to refine annotation processes, tools, and guidelines, directly contributing to the accuracy and reliability of our models. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will help maintain the integrity of the data that powers Mistral’s AI systems.
