SOT Academy is seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our AI-first customer operations. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, onboard members, and guide them toward early wins.

This short-term internship lasts under 3 months and offers a €400/month fixed fee plus 2–10% commission on sales you generate. You’ll gain front-row access to our platform and a glowing reference; English proficiency is essential, with additional languages a plus, and a calm,

Qualifications

• Available for a focused stint under 3 months.
• Excellent written English; extra languages are a strong plus.
• Empathetic, calm under pressure, and obsessed with details.
• Comfortable using AI tools daily (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, etc.).
• Organized and reliable with async communication.

Responsabilités

We are SOT Academy, a platform and movement that helps people turn AI into real business results. This short-term internship is built for someone who wants to learn how a modern AI-first customer operation runs, while having a real impact on customer success and retention.

• Be the first point of contact for new and existing customers
• Onboard new members and guide them through their first wins

What we're looking for
