Job summary

Les Nouvelles Recrues is seeking an AI Creative Intern in Paris to drive AI-powered content production, design interfaces for digital surfaces, and ensure brand consistency across channels. You will work on repurposing archives, building widgets and pages, and tracking performance with a hands-on approach to AI tooling.

You will collaborate with the events team and gain exposure to top-tier tech summits while using a premium AI stack to deliver impactful visuals and interactive experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of design experience or internship in a studio, agency, brand or in-house team.
• Fluency with AI-powered design tools and a portfolio that demonstrates UI/UX capabilities.
• Real UI/UX ability with wireframes, user flows and design systems.
• Ability to produce at high volume on fast turnarounds while maintaining quality.
• Comfort with content performance metrics and social media formats.

Responsibilities

• AI content production for core role, including repurposing archives into new formats.
• Design interfaces for owned digital surfaces and build them with AI tools.
• Track asset performance and maintain a content inspiration bank.
• Create consistent branding across pages and social previews.
• Develop repeatable workflows and prompt libraries for the team.
