Canal+ is seeking a Business Analyst/AI Transformation professional in Île-de-France to translate user needs into technical specs for low-code/no-code AI solutions. You will assess feasibility, define integration points, and collaborate with the AI PM to align scoping with development.

You will build and deploy AI applications, integrate with SAP and Braze/CRM, and drive adoption through workshops and literacy initiatives. Strong English and independent drive required.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in business analysis, digital transformation, consulting, or a related AI-focused role.
• Exposure to AI or Data projects as a Product Owner, Data Analyst, or Data Scientist.
• Excellent command of English, enabling daily communication with an international team.
• Understanding of the requirements for taking a use case into production.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies and data-related challenges.
• Proficiency with Claude and the Microsoft Copilot suite.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of Canal+’s activities (media, streaming, content, subscriptions).
• Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage initiatives independently.
• Structured analytical mindset with prioritization skills.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of use cases qualified by the AI Product Manager and translate user needs into technical specifications for low-code/no-code AI solutions.
• Assess solution feasibility and effort, and recommend the appropriate approach: build, configure, or integrate.
• Collaborate with the AI Product Manager to ensure continuity between scoping and development.
• Identify data layers, connectors, and integration points required, in collaboration with the AI Factory and Data Platform teams.
• Build, test, and deploy simple AI applications, automations, and products, including Gemini Agents and GPT Agents.
• Integrate solutions with existing tools and workflows, including SAP, Braze/CRM, and the digital product stack.
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback and deliver robust, user-friendly solutions.
• Contribute to improving Canal+’s low-code agent framework.
• Design reusable solutions and contribute components and patterns to the AI Product Manager & Builders community.
• Support business units with adoption, troubleshooting, and post-deployment user assistance.
• Organize and facilitate business cafés and field workshops.
• Help build AI literacy by demonstrating practical use cases.
• Monitor usage data and metrics and identify barriers to adoption.
• Document developed solutions and share learnings and best practices.
• Report to the Director of Transformation & Adoption and coordinate with the Data & AI Product Manager.
