C12 Quantum Electronics in Paris is seeking its first AI Automation Engineer to architect stateful AI workflows and deploy autonomous agents on our private infrastructure.

You will join a deep-tech quantum computing startup, balancing rapid iteration with production-grade engineering while ensuring data sovereignty and security. This role sits at the crossroads of IT, R&D, and Operations, offering high impact and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Experience with workflow engines (Prefect, LangGraph, n8n) to integrate self-hosted LLM endpoints.
• Strong Python skills for data processing and agent logic.
• Deep understanding of RAG, tool-calling, prompts, and MCPs for open-source models and on-prem deployments.
• Security-first mindset with data sovereignty and on-premises solutions.
• Ability to translate business pain into technical architecture and communicate with researchers.

Responsabilités

• Transversal Solution Architecture: map workflows and design end-to-end AI systems.
• Self-Hosted LLM Infrastructure: deploy and optimize local LLMs (Ollama, vLLM) keeping data secure.
• Hybrid Automation & Agentic Systems: build pipelines with orchestration tools and agentic frameworks.
• Full-Stack Prototyping: own lifecycle from opportunity to production internal tools.
• Extending AI Capabilities: develop MCP servers and API integrations with internal systems.
• AI Observability & Iteration: implement feedback loops for deterministic outputs.
• Infrastructure Integration: deploy on OVH cloud, Tailscale, Ansible on private infra.
