C12 seeks an AI Automation Engineer in Paris to act across IT, R&D, and Operations. You will architect stateful AI workflows, deploy autonomous agents, and maintain data sovereignty on our private infrastructure.

Lead the design of end-to-end AI systems, balance rapid iteration with production-grade engineering, and collaborate with researchers to tackle challenging quantum computing workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience turning ideas into end-to-end AI-native systems.
• Familiar with RAG, tool-calling, and MCPs; open-source model deployments a plus.
• Strong Python skills for data processing, automation, and agent logic.
• Experience building cross-functional solutions across R&D, IT Operations and Software teams.

Responsabilités

• Transversal Solution Architecture: map workflows and design end-to-end AI systems that solve operational challenges.
• Self-Hosted LLM Infrastructure: deploy and optimize local LLMs with data security.
• Hybrid Automation & Agentic Systems: build robust pipelines with orchestration tools and self-hosted models.
• Full-Stack Prototyping: own the lifecycle from opportunity to production-ready internal tools.
• Extending AI Capabilities: develop MCP servers and API integrations for secure access to internal systems.
• AI Observability & Iteration: implement feedback loops to move from vague prompts to deterministic outputs.
• Infrastructure Integration: deploy solutions on private infrastructure (OVH, VPN, Ansible).
