C12 Quantum Electronics in Paris is seeking its first AI Automation Engineer to act as a technical force multiplier across IT, R&D and Operations. You will architect stateful AI workflows and deploy autonomous agents with self-hosted LLMs, balancing rapid iteration with production-grade engineering while keeping data on-premises.

You will own transversal solution architecture, build and optimize local AI infrastructure, and integrate tools and platforms as part of a growing deep-tech quantum

Qualifications

• AI-native engineer with end-to-end project experience and a portfolio.
• Experience with workflow engines and integrating self-hosted LLM endpoints.
• Strong Python skills for data processing, automation, and agent logic.
• Understanding of RAG, tool-calling, prompts, and MCPs in open-source/local setups.

Responsabilités

• Map teammate workflows and design end-to-end AI systems addressing operational challenges.
• Deploy, maintain and optimize local LLM infrastructure for autonomous systems.
• Build robust pipelines using orchestration tools and agentic frameworks.
• Own full lifecycle from opportunity discovery to production-ready internal tools.
• Develop MCP servers and API integrations for secure access to internal systems.
• Implement observability and iteration loops for reliable automation.
• Collaborate with OVH, Tailscale, and Ansible to deploy on private infra.
