C12 Quantum Electronics in Paris is seeking its first AI Automation Engineer to act as a technical force multiplier across the organization. This transversal role sits at the intersection of IT/Software/Infrastructure, R&D and Operations to identify bottlenecks and solve them with intelligent systems.

You will architect stateful AI workflows and deploy autonomous agents using self-hosted LLM infrastructure, balancing rapid iteration with production-grade engineering while preserving data

Qualifications

• Builder mindset demonstrating end-to-end project delivery.
• Experience with orchestration tools (Prefect, LangGraph, n8n or similar).
• Strong Python fluency for data processing and automation.
• Deep understanding of LLM engineering: RAG, tool-calling and MCPs.
• Solid background in cloud infra and DevOps (Docker, VPNs, config mgmt).
• Ability to translate business pain into technical solutions and explain choices.
• Security-focused approach with data sovereignty and on-premises work.
• Comfort with ambiguity and interdisciplinary teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Transversal Solution Architecture across R&D, IT Operations and Software teams.
• Deploy and optimize self-hosted LLM infrastructure for intelligent automation.
• Build end-to-end pipelines and agentic systems with robust governance.
• Own full lifecycle from opportunity identification to production-ready tools.
• Develop MCP servers and API integrations for secure internal access.
• Improve AI observability and iteration with deterministic outputs.
• Collaborate with infrastructure to deploy secure AI solutions on private infra.
