Shift in Paris is seeking an Engineering Manager for our Documents squad to lead a small, collaborative team of four. You balance architecture design with hands-on implementation, driving engineering excellence and guiding technical directions for our AI-powered insurance platform.

You will mentor engineers, simplify complex designs, and partner with product management to align strategies and deliver robust, scalable solutions for customers.

As an Engineering Manager for our Documents squad in Paris, you will lead a small and very collaborative team of 4 people. In this role, you will act as a technical manager, balancing architecture design, critical technical choices, and hands-on implementation. Your mission is to drive engineering excellence. You will also focus on supporting the development of engineers within the squad while expanding your own management capabilities.
