Job summary

PGTEK in Chantilly, VA is seeking a hands-on Integration Support professional to support a federal customer. You will handle installation, integration, sustainment, troubleshooting, and field support to keep mission-critical systems operational in a secure environment.

The ideal candidate has field engineering or hardware break-fix experience and will work directly with equipment, resolve incidents, and coordinate with engineering, systems, network and logistics teams to ensure continuous

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Must be able to work onsite five days per week in Chantilly, VA.
Experience in field engineering, deployment, or hardware break-fix operations.
Ability to coordinate with engineering, systems, network and logistics teams.

Responsibilities

Perform hands-on installation, integration, deployment, cabling, and hardware replacement.
Troubleshoot hardware and infrastructure issues and restore systems quickly.
Manage support tickets and service requests through resolution.
Document troubleshooting steps and equipment changes.
Provide direct customer-facing technical support in secure environments.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support deployments and readiness.
