Airbus Operations SAS is offering a two-year Global Graduate Programme in Toulouse for a Graduate Technical Data Wiring Engineer. You will rotate through Technical Data Wiring, Ground Testing, System Design, and Data Publication to gain hands-on experience and leadership potential.

Start date October 2027, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, training, and development in a global aerospace leader. You will join a structured program that accelerates growth, builds core wiring and data management

Responsabilités

• End to End Electrical System Installation by learning to Define, Design, Manufacture, Test and Maintain complex aircraft electrical systems.
• Participate in rotational placements across key departments to build foundational wiring and data management expertise.
• Engage with current processes and drive future digital and operational improvements.
• Develop understanding of Airbus program priorities and customer constraints during the two-year graduate journey.

What you will be doing

• End to End Electrical System Installation by learning to Define, Design, Manufacture, Test (Pre-Aircraft Delivery), and Maintain (Post-Aircraft Delivery) complex aircraft electrical systems
• Have a wide view of all local lines Process Method and Tools including Customers services
• Engage with the current ways of working that make Airbus successful, while actively defining and driving future digital and operational ways of working.
• To provide you with a unique, comprehensive understanding of how Airbus manages and maintains aircraft , you will have opportunity to experience rotational placements across key departments:
• Technical Data Wiring (Your Home Team) to Establish your foundational expertise in core wiring and data management.
• Manufacturing Ground Testing to gain hands‑on insight into how to troubleshoot an aircraft in the shop floor and how electrical systems are validated before flight.
• Functional Electrical & System Design to dive into the upstream architecture and functional logic of aircraft systems definition.
• Technical Data Publication to understand how the Techdata is being delivered and dispatched to Airlines, MRO, Lessors,...
• Technical Data Program to understand Airbus program priorities, Obligations, and customers constraints.

At the end of the two year development programme, you will have developed into the position of Technical Data Wiring Engineer!

What we are looking for

• A Master Engineering Degree level or equivalent within the Electrical domain
• Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of Aerospace Engineering or Technical Data
• Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
• The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
