Airbus Operations SAS is launching AGGP2027, a two-year Global Graduate program in Toulouse for new aeronautical engineering graduates. You will gain hands-on experience in customer aircraft acceptance, interact with multiple functions, and develop leadership skills through rotations and dedicated workshops.

Throughout the program you will learn the end-to-end aircraft lifecycle, contribute to delivering aerospace products, and participate in assessment weeks and personal development journeys

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent in Aeronautical Engineering or related field.
• Recently graduated or first professional experience in Aeronautical/Industrial Engineering, Airline Ops, or related areas.
• Strong verbal and written English; conversational French.
• Desire to work in a collaborative team and drive innovation.
• Self-awareness and readiness to lead development.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer aircraft inspections during Final Assembly and Delivery.
• Coordinate resolution of issues affecting customer and industrial progress.
• Interact with Design, Manufacturing, Production, Flight Line, and Testing teams across the lifecycle.
• Use IT tools to manage the customer acceptance process and monitor aircraft evolution.
• Learn the full industrial process of aircraft manufacturing and customer requirements.
• Coordinate contributors to solve issues and develop leadership skills.
• Participate in a six-month rotational placement (e.g., Aircraft Manager in FAL).

What you will be doing

• 1. Management of customer aircraft inspections during Final Assembly Process and Aircraft Delivery
• 2. Coordination of resolution of the issues relevant for the customer and the industrial progress
• 3. You will be interacting with all functions involved in defining, manufacturing and testing the aircraft along its industrial life cycle ( Design office, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Flight Line, Flight Test and Delivery etc.)
• 4. You will be using the relevant IT tools to manage the customer acceptance process and surveilling the technical evolution of the aircraft during the industrial process
• 5. You will be learning the full industrial process of aircraft manufacturing, the technical integration of an aircraft, the processes and organisations involved and most importantly the customer expectations and requirements
• 6. You will learn to manage and coordinate the individual contributors to solve individual issues and you will exercise and develop the associated Leadership skills.
• 7. One rotational placement activity will be around 6 months, for example as Aircraft Manager in the Final Assembly Line.

What we are looking for

• A degree level or equivalent within aeronautical Engineering or an equivalent field of study
• Recently graduated or ideally already a first professional experience in the field of Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Airline Operations, Airline Maintenance, In-Service Aero Engineering, Customer Services, Operations or Engineering in general
• Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English) and conversational in French
• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
• The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
