Meta offers Research Intern roles in its Superintelligence Lab within post-training modeling teams, focusing on Agentic AI, Muse and personal superintelligence. Interns will develop novel agentic AI algorithms, prototype features, and scale research for real-world Meta products.

Internships range from 12 to 24 weeks with various start dates; PhD candidates with strong Python and ML backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a PhD program in CS/AI or a related field.
• Must obtain valid work authorization in France.
• Experience with Python and ML/DL systems.
• Proven record of significant results via grants, fellowships, or publications.
• Experience collaborating across teams.
• Contributions to agentic AI, LLMs, or RL open source.
• Publications in AI/CS or data science.
• Experience with large-scale data analysis.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Develop novel agentic AI algorithms and systems.
• Research agentic LLMs and post-training techniques.
• Improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of agentic AI systems.
• Advance intelligent agents capable of tool use and personalized interactions.
• Collaborate with researchers and cross-functional partners; communicate plans and results.
• Disseminate research via publications, talks, and open-source contributions.
• Apply research to Meta product development when applicable.
