Bot Resources designs agentic systems based on generative AI. Our approach combines research, engineering, and consulting to build "digital exoskeletons" — solutions that augment teams on repetitive tasks while leaving reasoning, creativity, and accountability to humans. We are practitioners first and foremost, working in demanding environments. A team that moves fast, learns continuously, and applies what it recommends.

About the Role

This internship is a talent pipeline: we're looking for someone to train intensively for 6 months, with the goal of hiring them immediately after. Only candidates available for full-time employment within 2 months after the internship ends should apply. As an R&D intern in Agentic AI, you'll work directly with our R&D Director on applied research problems. Your mission: help us understand what makes agentic systems work (or fail), build evaluation frameworks, and push the boundaries of explainability and reliability. Bot Resources is a small company — the line between R&D and client delivery is intentionally blurry. You'll contribute to both, gaining exposure to real business problems where explainability matters most.

Your Missions

R&D

• Design and execute benchmarks to evaluate agentic system performance
• Test and compare new agentic architectures (multi-agent, tool-use patterns, planning strategies)
• Work on explainability: understand and document how our agents make decisions
• Develop methods to detect and reduce hallucinations in production systems
• Conduct technical watch and write internal research notes

Client projects (support role)

• Understand business problems where explainability is critical
• Contribute to R&D phases on client engagements
• Occasionally support as a Flow Engineer (designing agentic workflows)

Required Skills

Technical

• Master's level (final year) in mathematics, computer science, or engineering school

• Experience with agentic orchestration frameworks (LangGraph etc.)
