Job summary

Sierra is expanding its in-person and hybrid teams to deliver AI agents that power thousands of conversations daily. You will own the end-to-end agent design, tooling, evaluation, and production rollout, aligning client goals with scalable AI solutions.

You'll partner with enterprise customers, run cross-functional sessions, and ensure delivery of high-impact AI capabilities while advocating for customer needs within Sierra’s product and research teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope to production.
• Act as trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders and shape AI strategy.
• Run sessions with customer teams, troubleshoot issues, keep build on track for launch.
• Surface unmet needs and feed back to product and research for future direction.
