RaiseFX is hiring a Business Developer (Acquisition & Retention) to expand and optimize our affiliate network. As Partnerships Specialist, you will acquire new partners, nurture relationships, and drive revenue for our trading platform.

You will work remotely or in hybrid setup, English fluency required, salary €50,000 - €80,000 gross/year plus performance-based commissions, and a 40-hour week (Mon-Fri) 10:00–19:00. Joining RaiseFX means fast-paced growth and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (spoken and written) required.
• Significant experience in the trading industry (Forex, Prop Trading, FinTech, or similar sectors) required.
• Experience in affiliate management, partnerships, business development, account management, sales, or client relations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a solid commercial mindset.
• Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Responsabilités

• Identify, prospect, and recruit new affiliate partners, influencers, trainers, trading communities, and Introducing Brokers (IBs).
• Present and promote the benefits of our affiliate programs to potential partners.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure onboarding of new affiliates.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to design tailor-made partnership offers.
• Track new partners' performance and support their growth.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with existing affiliates and strategic partners.
• Ensure partner satisfaction through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Analyze affiliate performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop initiatives that boost partner engagement and revenue generation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the affiliate program and partnership strategy.
