Job summary

N26 Inc. seeks an AFC SAR Delegate Lead to supervise the French market’s investigation and reporting framework. You will drive AML/CTF policy execution, manage the French SAR team, and partner with the MLRO and authorities to strengthen regulatory compliance.

You will shape procedures, refine review processes, and mentor a high-performing team in a fast-paced fintech environment across Europe.

Qualifications

• Background in anti-financial crime with strong investigation experience.
• Experience in operational functions, including SAR drafting and monitoring.
• Team management and mentoring experience.
• Fluency in French and English with excellent written skills in French.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee compliance with reporting and investigating money laundering, suspicious activity, or fraud.
• Manage the French SAR Delegate Team and align with 2nd LoD standards.
• Support the French MLRO and interaction with authorities.
• Design and implement the 2nd LoD French SAR framework and documentation.
