N26 is seeking an AFC Associate / SAR Delegate to join the French MLRO function in Paris. You will coordinate AFC Operations activities, review AML‑CFT investigations, support ongoing due diligence and EDD, and review/submission of SARs as the Déclarant Tracfin.

You will guide AFC Operations analysts and help scale processes. The role requires strong investigation skills, regulatory knowledge, and fluency in French and English, with a hybrid work setup in Paris and relocation support for those

Qualifications

• Graduated in law (Ecole de droit/Master II) or from a Grande Ecole - or alike.
• Bank Financial Crime background with operational experience and SAR drafting experience.

Responsabilités

• Review investigations conducted by the AFC Operations department.
• Assist AFC Operations on their investigations.
• Oversee complex case investigations, sanctions reviews, and other AFC processes.
• Review and submit SARs with quality aligned to Tracfin and ACPR expectations.
