Job summary

N26 Inc. is seeking an AFC Associate / SAR Delegate (Déclarant Tracfin) to lead key Anti-Financial Crime Operations in Paris. You will own investigations, support due diligence, review SARs, and coordinate with AFC and KYC Operations to ensure regulatory alignment and scalable processes.

The role requires strong French and English language skills, and a proven track record in anti-financial crime within an international setting. Hybrid work setup with relocation support offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate in law (Ecole de droit/Master II) or from a Grande Ecole - or alike.
• Bank Financial Crime background with operational experience in an international setting.
• At least 3 years of experience in anti-financial crime.
• Experience in SAR drafting and investigative work; familiarity with sanctions, monitoring and adverse media screening.

Responsibilities

• Review investigations by the AFC Operations department.
• Assist AFC Operations on investigations.
• Oversee complex case investigations, sanctions reviews, and other AFC processes.
• Review and submit SARs with quality aligned to Tracfin and ACPR expectations.
• Act as Déclarant Tracfin.
• Review complex Authority Requests.
• Provide guidelines to AFC analysts and prepare templates for customer communications.
