Leach International Europe is seeking a Head of Controlling to join its Sarralbe site and drive financial and operational performance in a demanding aerospace environment.

This is a hands-on, business‑oriented finance leadership role partnering with Site Leadership to provide clear visibility, challenge performance, and guide fast, fact‑based decisions across budgeting, forecasting and productivity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
• Significant experience in financial controlling, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Fluent English and French.

Responsabilités

• Lead the controlling activities for the Sarralbe site.
• Own the monthly financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Provide accurate and timely analysis of actual performance versus budget, forecast and prior year.
• Develop and monitor key financial and operational performance indicators.
• Identify performance gaps, risks and opportunities and translate them into concrete action plans.
• Challenge assumptions and ensure the quality and integrity of financial information.
• Prepare management reviews and performance presentations for Site and Group leadership.
• Act as a true business partner to the Site Leadership Team, providing financial insight and constructive challenge.
• Support operational teams in improving productivity, cost competitiveness and profitability.
• Ensure that financial considerations are embedded in operational decision‑making.
• Bring a strong financial perspective to make the business more transparent, accountable and performance‑driven.
