FedEx Logistics is seeking a FACE Officer to manage customer relations, quotations, and operational coordination for aerospace engine shipments. You will liaise with branches, AOG desks and carriers to ensure accurate documentation, prompt responses, and compliant handling of shipments.

Based in CDG, LHR, AMS or FRA with a standard Monday–Friday schedule, you will monitor jobs in FAST, update SOPs, and support IT updates to engine catalogs and airline databases.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Aerospace Logistics including aircraft engines handling, shipping, and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with rate building and quoting tools.
• Mastery of international air transport regulations (Incoterms/Customs Rules).
• Spanish/Dutch/German/Italian/Portuguese is a PLUS for CDG.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate customer relations and shipment documentation outcomes.
• Negotiate with suppliers (airlines & truck companies) to provide best rates.
• Represent the client to carriers and FXL network.
• Inform customers in real-time and track trends for opportunities.
• Support issue resolution and dispute management.
• Inform Global Product Manager of IT updates (engine catalog, airlines database).
