FedEx Logistics is seeking a FACE Officer to handle engine quotation requests and support outside sales with customer inquiries, ensuring documentation accuracy and timely responses to shipment needs.

You will coordinate with branches and AOG desks, monitor engine files and KPIs, uphold SOPs, drive process improvements, and represent the client to carriers and the FX network while maintaining a professional brand with customers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Business English (read, written, spoken)
• Knowledge of Aerospace Logistics (aircraft engines handling, shipping, regulatory requirements)
• Familiarity with rate building and quoting tools
• Spanish/Dutch/German/Italian/Portuguese a PLUS for CDG

Responsabilités

• Answer and handle customer engine quote requests
• Provide accurate multiple shipping solutions promptly
• Negotiate with suppliers and internal network for best rates
• Represent client to carriers and FX network
• Inform customers in real time
• Provide excellent customer service
• Track and identify trends and opportunities
• Monitor sales margins
• Ensure compliance with Aero-Lift rules
• Update operational instructions for Hand-Over to Branches
• Adhere to client-specific SOPs
• Collaborate with FXL Branches on each engine file
• Monitor engine files in FAST and ensure green-light process is followed
