FedEx Logistics in France is seeking a FACE Officer to manage customer quotations and coordinate operational workflows for aircraft engines. You will liaison with internal teams, carriers, and branches to ensure accurate documentation, prompt responses, and competitive rates.

Based at CDG/other stations, you will monitor shipment flows, uphold SOPs, and drive continuous improvements while delivering exceptional service to external customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years' experience in aerospace logistics (aircraft engines handling, shipping, regulatory requirements)
• Experience with quoting, pricing, and shipment documentation
• Knowledge of international logistics operations across multiple modes
• Driving license is necessary and vehicle autonomy is required

Responsabilités

• Handle engine/quote requests and support external sales with customer inquiries
• Provide accurate shipping solutions promptly and negotiate best rates with suppliers and internal network
• Ensure documentation accuracy and real-time customer updates
• Coordinate with branches and AOG desk to monitor engine files and KPIs
• Adhere to SOPs and compliance rules while improving processes
