Bank of America is seeking an Administrative Assistant for its Paris office to provide confidential administrative support to the Investment Banking team. The role involves expense processing, reporting, and partnering with bankers to ensure efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills written and spoken in French and English.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional phone etiquette and client-facing poise.

Responsabilités

  • Handling expenses using Concur and Ariba systems.
  • Filing call reports on a weekly basis using Salesforce Pre-empt and flag out-of-policy expenses.
  • Ensure relevant Deal Related Expenses (DRE) are captured.
  • Establish professional communication with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Handling confidential material with discretion and integrity.
  • Manage professional responses to telephone calls and queries.
  • Understand internal systems; training will be provided for Concur/other tools.
  • Work efficiently in a demanding environment with accuracy and numeracy.
  • Attention to detail; prioritization; collaboration; problem solving.

Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Paris office, working in a fast‑paced environment. The role sits within the Investment Banking Administrative team and provides support to Bankers. This job is responsible for providing confidential administrative support; key responsibilities include supporting management with administrative tasks, processing expenses, gathering and reporting information relevant to/for the Banker. The ideal Administrative Assistant will not only be responsible for administrative support, but also have a willingness to learn, be resourceful and independent, and take on additional responsibilities over time. Responsibilities
  • Handling expenses using Concur and Ariba systems – with a general understanding of the bank’s policies
  • Filing call reports on a weekly basis using Salesforce Pre-empt and highlight to the Business Manager out of policy expenses
  • Ensure relevant Deal Related Expenses (DRE) is captured
  • Establish professional and effective communication at all levels with internal stakeholders
  • Handling sensitive and confidential material and information
  • Manage professional responses to telephone calls, taking ownership of queries
  • Understanding the internal systems such as Concur (training will be given for all internal systems)
